The scholarship is a transformative initiative, tailored explicitly for aspiring young entrepreneurs aged 12 to 25 who demonstrate a fervent passion for business and a commitment to positively impacting the community of Burlington, Iowa.

With a focus on fostering creativity and original ideas—values that resonate deeply with White Oak Painting—the scholarship (valued at $1,000) requires applicants to submit unique project ideas that reflect their entrepreneurial spirit and embody their vision and creativity.
